Shipping
We currently offer two types of shipping; Standard and Next Day.
Standard should take two working days to get to you
Next Day should, you guessed it, arrive the following working day.
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over £50.
We pack all orders as soon as they come in and make sure all orders received before 4pm get packed and sent out that day. We try our very best to ensure all orders received after the 4pm cut off are packaged and out the same day but during busy times this may not be possible, in which case we prioritise those that have paid for next day postage (so the wedding photographer who’s just run out of HP5+ can shoot the next day!).
But I Need It Really Urgently!
Shoot us a message and we can price up guaranteed next day delivery before 9am. The price for this is on an order by order basis, and relies on you sending over payment and us being able to get the items packed and shipped in time for the cut off.
Items Only Stocked On Request
Items ordered that we don’t usually stock, but can get in, usually take a little longer and can take up to two weeks to get to you. Once the items in we’ll pack it up and get it out to you and you’ll receive an email letting you know its on its way.
If you’ve ordered other items that are in stock these will be put aside for you but will not be sent out until the item on back order is in stock. We’re sorry it just confuses the system.
Instead either order items that are in stock separately, or contact us as there are work around we can do on our end.
Items we don’t stock where we’re waiting for the manufacturer to, you know, manufacture it, can be on back order for a long time. If we haven’t spoken to you beforehand we’ll let you know once the order is received what the status is and how long you’ll have to wait.
