Proper Storage Matters

We know that there is no way to know how your film has been stored before it arrives to you, yet how important correct handling is to ensure the film performs as intended. As photographers ourselves we know how important this is when choosing where to buy your film.

All our film is stored in fridges which we regularly monitor to ensure film is being stored at the correct temperature. This protects colour accuracy, contrast and overall performance.

No wondering if a film has been gathering dust in a hot warehouse before it reaches you. We stock small amounts of film and order regularly from our suppliers to ensure we have some of the freshest film stock in the UK.

Genuine UK Stock

We only source film from genuine authorised suppliers based in the UK.

No Grey Imports
No ‘Back of Van’ sourcing
No repackaged or relabelled film

Just stock fresh from the manufacturer to our HQ.

Expiry Dates

Film expiry dates are checked when we take receipt of the item and our careful stock rotation ensures everyone receives stock with as long to shoot as possible. If any dates fall within the next six months they will be listed as “Short Dated” and sold at a discount. If you are buying in bulk and concerned about expiry dates please contact us and we will provide you with a full list of the expiry dates we have in stock.

Carefully Packed Orders

We package all orders in appropriate sized boxes to ensure the film arrives to you in the same condition it left us. We use stickers to let the courier know the contents is film and that it should not be X-Rayed, CT Scanned, and should be kept cool.

We ship from the UK and our final cut off for dispatch is 4pm. We offer next day delivery if you’re in a rush, and free standard delivery when you spend £50. We only send film tracked so you can have peace of mind that the film has left us and when it will arrive.

All this is backed up by our very laid back 30 day returns policy. If for whatever reason you no longer need the item you purchased you can return any item (providing it is unused) to us for a refund.
