How to Order Photo Prints
Step 1 - Select the size of the photos you would like.
Sizes are given in inches and by default displayed in landscape, but don’t worry if your image is portrait we will sort this out.
Step 2 - Select the type of paper
Glossy - Fuji Crystal Archive Professional Gloss paper produces higher contrast in your work with a vivid, glossy finish which accentuates the colour to give a punchy, rich feel. Glossy paper is very reflective, however, it always maintains tonal properties and accurate reproduction making it perfect for social, lifestyle photography and high-impact images.
Lustre - Fuji Crystal Archive Professional Lustre features a very natural photographic finish reminiscent of traditional photographic printing. Coated with a slightly stippled texture Lustre prints are very resistant to fingerprints, scratches and scuffs and feature a semi-matt finish with minimal glare. An ideal choice for weddings, baby and landscape photography.
Silk - Fuji DPII Silk was a very popular surface in the 1970’s and featuring a micro dimpled surface texture, Fuji Silk delivers high-quality prints on a silk-like surface. A perfect paper for handling as it is extremely robust and resists fingerprints.
Step 3 - Select the quantity of images
Please carefully select the quantity of images you wish to have printed. If you would like different size prints within one order please select the type and quantity of prints you would like and add this to your cart, then change the options and add to cart for every other variation you would like.
Step 4 - Place the order and upload the images

This takes you through to our customer portal where you can upload your images, make edits and add borders.

Resolution Requirements For High Quality Prints
We print at 300dpi. To calculate the resolution you can print at take the pixels and divide by 300 in both directions to give you the ideal print size you can print at. For example if your image is 2,400×3,000 pixels you would divide 2,400 by 300 and 3,000 by 300 and you would get with 8×10 which is the ideal size you can print this image at.
Aspect Ratios
Every format has a different aspect ratio which may not always match the aspect ration of the print, in which case we may have to crop the image to fit the paper. Below are formats and the print sizes which match the native aspect ratio so can be used with no cropping.
35mm (including half frame) 6×4, 12×8, 15×10, 18×12, 24×16, 30×20, 36×24
Medium Format 6×4.5 8×6, 12×9, 16×12, 20×15, 24×18, 32×24
Medium Format 6×7 10×8, 20×16, 25×20, 30×24, 40×32
Medium Format 6×9 6×4, 12×8, 15×10, 18×12, 24×16, 30×20, 36×24
